We came here for our 20th anniversary and stayed for 2 nights. From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. All the staff were extremely attentive, polite and efficient. The room was clean, large, well equipped and supplied and the view is spectacular. The best is probably the open air hot bath private rooms on the roof top with offers even better views (and night time star gazing) and privacy for your relaxation. Finally, the included dinners and breakfasts were just fabulous, serving local delicacies and traditional Japanese dishes. By the time we left, we had tasted almost all the Okinawa specialties that were recommended before we came. Highly recommended and thanks for the great memories!

My girlfriend and I were stranded at a beach nearby and couldn’t get a taxi so we walked to this hotel to ask for help. They helped us without a problem and let us sit and wait in the lobby until it arrived for 45 mins. They also gave us water while we waited. This is the best service I’ve ever received anywhere.

We had the lotus lunch set and it was delicious and beautiful. Dessert (fruit) and coffee is served after the meal. It is a splurge but I recommend everyone to try
